Before you rely on this document: Like the Privacy Policy, this was drafted to reflect what RR Elevate's platform actually does, as an honest starting point — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before it governs real users, especially the liability and seller-obligation sections below.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using rrelevaterealty.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What RR Elevate is

RR Elevate is a platform connecting property sellers in Ahmedabad with buyers. We review listings before they go live, but we are not a party to any sale — we don't hold funds, negotiate on anyone's behalf, or guarantee the outcome of any transaction. Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own independent legal and title diligence, outside of RR Elevate, before entering into any agreement.

3. Buyer Requirements and enquiries

Submitting a Contact, Contact Agent, or Buyer Requirements form is a request for our team to follow up with you — it is not a binding offer, reservation, or guarantee that a matching property exists or will become available.

4. Seller accounts and listings

If you create a Seller account and submit a listing, you confirm that:

You are the legal owner of the property, or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
All information and media you provide (property details, pricing, photos, and floor plans) are accurate and genuine;
You will keep your account credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

RR Elevate does not collect Aadhaar, PAN, title deeds, tax receipts, NOCs, or any other identity or ownership document through the Site. Ownership and identity verification is handled offline, directly with our team, before a listing is published.

Submitting a listing does not guarantee it will be approved. We review every listing before publishing and may decline, request changes to, or remove a listing at our discretion — including after it has gone live, if we have reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property information, photos, or floor plans;
Use the Site to harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users;
Attempt to access another seller's account or listing data;
Interfere with the Site's normal operation (including attempting to bypass security measures or overload our systems).

6. No warranty on listing accuracy

While we review listings before publishing — including an offline ownership and identity check with the seller — RR Elevate does not independently verify every claim in a listing (such as exact square footage, amenities, or construction quality). Buyers should independently verify all material details before making any purchase decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RR Elevate is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a transaction between a buyer and seller, from reliance on listing information, or from the unavailability of the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a Seller account that violates these terms, including for submitting fraudulent listing information. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
