RR Elevate ("we," "us," "our") operates a real estate platform serving Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with an intention to expand across Gujarat and India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through rrelevate.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
We only collect what's needed to run the specific features you use. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this Site beyond what's described below.

Enquiry data (Contact, Contact Agent, Buyer Requirements) is retained for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Seller account data and listing documents are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after account deletion in case of disputes over a listing's history.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Sellers can request account deletion directly; for anyone else, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Seller Portal uses a single essential cookie to keep you logged in between page visits. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and it's automatically cleared when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity. We do not use any other cookies on this Site.
Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're hashed using bcrypt before being saved. Uploaded documents are stored with access restricted to what the Site's code requires; they are not publicly browsable.
This Site is intended for adults engaging in real estate transactions and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
