1. Who we are
RR Elevate ("we," "us," "our") operates a real estate platform serving Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with an intention to expand across Gujarat and India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through rrelevaterealty.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
2. What we collect
We only collect what's needed to run the specific features you use. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this Site beyond what's described below.

3. Why we collect it
- Lead follow-up: Contact, Contact Agent, and Buyer Requirements submissions go to our team so we can respond to your enquiry.
- Seller accounts: to let you create, edit, and track the status of your own property listings.
- Ownership verification: before a listing is published, our team verifies it's genuine and that the seller is authorized to sell the property — done offline, directly with the seller. The Site does not collect identity or ownership documents online.
We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
4. Who else sees your data
We use a small number of third-party services to run the Site:
- Mapbox — powers the maps on our Listings and Property Detail pages. If you use "Use My Location," your location is sent to Mapbox to center the map.
- Our hosting provider — stores the database and any uploaded photos on our behalf.
We do not share your data with data brokers, advertisers, or any party not listed here.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data (Contact, Contact Agent, Buyer Requirements) is retained for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Seller account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after account deletion in case of disputes over a listing's history. Identity/ownership documents are not collected by the Site — verification happens offline, directly with our team.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Self-service account deletion is temporarily unavailable — contact us using the details below to close your account or request any other data action. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Cookies
The Seller Portal uses a single essential cookie to keep you logged in between page visits. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and it's automatically cleared when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity. We do not use any other cookies on this Site.
8. Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're hashed using bcrypt before being saved. The Site does not collect identity or ownership documents online, so none are stored or exposed through it.
9. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for adults engaging in real estate transactions and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
