How do I know a listing is genuine?
Every listing on RR Elevate is reviewed by our team, and the seller's identity and ownership are verified offline before the listing is ever published. Nothing reaches you unverified.
Can I look for a property without browsing publicly?
Buyer Requirements lets you tell us privately what you're looking for. A real person on our team reviews it and follows up directly with matching properties.
How do I ask about a specific property?
Every property's detail page has a Contact Agent option that sends your enquiry straight to our team, referencing that listing.
Can I estimate my loan EMI or stamp duty before deciding?
Yes — the EMI Calculator and Stamp Duty Calculator are free planning tools, no account needed. They're estimates for planning purposes; confirm exact figures with your lender or the Sub-Registrar office.
Is the listed price negotiable?
Some sellers mark their price as negotiable when listing. For the current position on a specific property, use Contact Agent on that property's page.
For Sellers
Do I need to upload ID or ownership documents to list my property?
No. RR Elevate collects zero identity or ownership documents through the website. All verification happens offline, directly between you and our team, after you submit your listing and before it's published.
What happens after I submit a listing?
Our team reviews your submission and contacts you directly to complete offline identity and ownership verification. Your listing goes live only once that's done.
Can I get professional photography or a virtual tour for my listing?
Premium Marketing Services covers photography, cinematic video, drone, social media promotion, listing promotion, and 360°/virtual tours — optional paid add-ons, priced on request based on your property.
How do I see who's enquired about my listing?
Your Seller Dashboard has an Enquiries page listing everyone who has contacted you about your properties.
Can I edit or remove a listing after submitting it?
Yes — manage, edit, or delete your listings any time from your Seller Dashboard.
Referral & Premium Services
Does RR Elevate provide interior design, contracting, construction, furniture, or home loan services directly?
No. Referral Services connects you with trusted partners we work with for these categories — RR Elevate does not perform or manage these services itself.
Where can I see Premium Marketing pricing?
We don't publish it, since it depends on your property and the specific add-ons you choose. Enquire through Premium Marketing Services and our team will follow up with pricing.
